Cuisine of Africa
My experience with African food consists of several years of travels on the continent from Egypt east and south to South Africa, to include—Eritrea, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Mauritius, and Lesotho. I’m not an expert on the cuisine of Africa, but certainly enjoyed the diversity and varieties of foods available to me during my sojourns. I present here just some foods you might encounter during your travels in Africa.
